Former CRS in shop Powerplant mech needs advice
« on: January 11, 2017, 02:15:17 PM »
I  worked a couple years after getting of the AF down in Miami at Batch Ar and Rich International.  Around that time Pan Am and Eastern went Belly up and I could not find a job in Atlanta either. Long story short I switched careers.  Now I would  like to get back in the field and hopefully get work in the oil industry.  I f** up by not getting my A&P while on active duty.... My question is...would it suffice to get the Power plant portion?  Where would I possibly get the school/license online?  What is the approximate cost?
My reason for this is I actually loved my job in the USAF,  so I would be doing what I like and hopefully making a decent wage.  Thanks.
